What’s the difference between chipped and non chipped ink cartridges for canon printers?
I’m needing to buy more ink for my canon pixma IP4700 printer and i have the choice of chipped or non chipped ink cartridges. What’s the difference!?
And can anyone recommend any sites to buy ink from for low prices? It’s extortionate!
A chp is required for the cartridge to work. WIth an unchipped cartridge you will have to affix and reset the chip from your old cartridges.
Spend the extra couple dollars and buy the chipped.
