My printer isn’t working properly whenever i print black ink never comes out?
I have a brother MFC 490CW and when I print something only red yellow and blue ink works. I have done numerous print tests using he option on the printer and i have made it clean itself but nothing is working. The black ink cartridge is brand new and full so i believe it is an internal problem involving the function of the printer. Please help a have multiple assessments to complete what should i do?
I just checked the ink cartlidges and they are all still runny and are not tryed up
Open the printer top, and remove the black ink cartridge.
Remove the piece of green tape from the bottom of the cartridge.
Replace the cartridge.
Good to go.
