What is this type of paper called?

I’m trying to find out what a certain type of paper is called. It is often used in offices and business when they are going to make receipts. They come attached with a white sheet and a yellow sheet underneath. When you print stuff on it and you write stuff on it, what was printed and written will also be copied onto the yellow sheet. Usually the businesses will fill it out, and give you the yellow sheet for your records. What is this type of paper called? Is this called carbon copy paper? Also, what kinds of printers can be used to print receipts for this type of paper? I’ve usually seen this type of paper used with dot-matrix printers but I’m not sure nowadays if you can find this type of paper being used with laser printers or what.. Can someone please help me out here?
BTW I didn’t know how to categorize this question so I just put it under printers as I also asked about printers..

Well, the above answers are correct but lame!!!
Both Carbon paper and NCR are both ways of transferring images/writing to subsequent sheets of paper.
Carbon or Carbon interlieving is an antiquated way of producing copies. It relies on substance to release off of a piece of liner by pressure. It is not used very often anymore and was used frequently in mulit-part continuos forms that used “impact printers” suchj as dot matrix.
Carbonless paper was created by National Cash Register, which is where NCR comes from. (not no carbon required)
It has (let’s say for ease of understanding) “A” and “B” bubbles printed on the front or back of the sheets. When left alone they are clear. But when broken by the pressure of a pen or impact printer they turn into ink. This type of paper is more commonly found around the world today.
You can still find Carbon paper, although it is increasingly difficult.
Hope this helps.
